P.J. Braun: P. J.'s is an even 6'-0", with a competitive body weight iof 220 lbs. Off season he stays at about 250 lbs, being sure to keep his waistline as trim as possible. P.J. is a personal trainer with Powerhouse Gym, and helps out other athletes, including women fitness models, with both training and nutrition.
